Philippe Mercier

Philippe Mercier leads Nice Analytics business for Asia Pacific.

For the last 25 years, Philippe has been helping many organisation in their Analytics and Digital journey unlocking values from Data using various technologies such as speech analytics, data science, AI or business intelligence and helping organization move to a digital first customer experience leveraging self service. Before joining Nice, Philippe has held several leadership positions at IBM in the field of Analytics and Digital both in Asia and Europe for solutions such as Watson.

Prior to this, Philippe led the IT department at Sunsweet, a California based CPG company and he had worked 10 years with Andersen Consulting both in Paris and San Francisco. Philippe holds an MBA with Paris Scholl of Management, and he is a CPA.
