Eric Neo Say Wei

Eric is a senior executive, advocate and trusted advisor with over 21 years combined experiences comprising capital markets, fintech, entrepreneurship and VUCA leadership.

Eric is the former President of Hg Exchange, a blockchain driven private digital securities exchange licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) as a Recognised Market Operator. Most recently, Eric was appointed as a Board Director of Medway Investments, a family office investment management company established since 1980.

Concurrently, Eric is a Board Director of RF International Holdings established since 2018 with a notable investee portfolio as ADDX regulated by the MAS and RF Fund Management established since 2020, a MAS Registered Fund Management Company. Eric is also the Chairman and Board Director of Neo & Partners Global established since 2014, a FinTech Certified company by the Singapore FinTech Association serving the capital markets.
