Ramu is a serial entrepreneur who recently embarked on the new journey to shake the digital transformation for the financial service industry by providing the best-in-class , cost effective, cloud Native, Api driven , next generation financial experience platform and digital banking as a service platform over a Managed SaaS model.

Ramu was an Ex-Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Tonik Digital Bank Inc (March 2019-Aug 2022), the Philippines’ first purely digital neo bank overseeing the Digital Banking IT Organization (Engineering, Technology, Security, Architecture, Vendor Management, and IT Bank Operations Units). He built and launched the first pure-virtual digital bank in SEA Region from ground-up over multi-cloud.

He brings over 19+ years of expertise in information technology strategy, enterprise architecture, Innovative agile product development, program management, technology operations, procurement, vendor management, building an agile organization, it budgeting and cyber security from the banking and telco industries.

Prior to joining Tonik, he served as IT Director for Capgemini Singapore where he spearheaded a Digital Transformation program for the leading telco in Malaysia.
